## Chillsun Global Store Return Policy

### Warranty

At Chillsun Global Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most products within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided they are in their original unworn condition. Please note the following details about our warranty policy:

- **Eligibility:** All products, excluding second-sale products, damage by users, can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Products must be in their original box and/or packaging.
- **Shipping Costs:** You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns, including undeliverable packages and unopened returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

### Shipping Recommendations

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. We do not accept or assume responsibility for loss or damage to returned items while in transit.

### Return Process

1. **Inspection:** After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. **Refund Approval:** If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment. For credit card refunds, please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
3. **Shipping address:** Contact us for the certain shipping address.

### Order Cancellation

- You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your original form of payment.

### Returns and Exchanges

- **Return Period:** Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or free exchange.
- **Eligibility:** To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.
- **Proof of Purchase:** To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

### Partial Refunds

- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

### Refunds

- **Notification:** Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- **Processing:** If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

### Late or Missing Refunds

- **Check Bank Account:** If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account.
- **Contact Credit Card Company:** It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- **Contact Your Bank:** There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

### Sale Items

- Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

### Exchanges

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours upon arrival of the product to contact us about the defective unit at [chillsunshop@gmail.com](mailto:chillsunshop@gmail.com).

### Gifts

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

- **Shipping Costs:** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- **Shipping Time:** Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- **Trackable Shipping:** If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.
